Puddle Duck Collection March 19th at 10am EST

This collection is inspired by my dear friend Amber @fourpondsliving & the epic photos she continues to take for me of Henley on her farm.

When I first started this collection, it only had one little duck named Wilson. My initial plan was to create him for the Farmers Market collection and be done with it. However, I had been experimenting with a new art style, and once I finished Wilson, I couldn't just leave him alone as one lonely duck. That's how the Puddle Ducks collection came to be. Beatrix Potter is one of my favorite artists, and I wanted to pay homage to her whimsical style in my own collection. Also, Jewel Duck looks adorable with the bonnet fashioned after Jemima Puddle Duck herself.

I have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to create listings for this collection. From organic bodysuits for your babes to comfortable crew sweatshirts for us adults, we have something for everyone. I am hoping to also design a collection of wrapping paper, tableware, and greeting cards, but I only have one week left until the launch!

Many people have been asking whether custom products will be available for this upcoming Puddle Duck collection, particularly ones featuring the Mama/Dada/Caregiver duck and a specific number of ducklings. I am excited to confirm that the answer is YES! I have devised a way to accommodate custom orders, and Marc will assist me if the volume proves too much for me to handle alone. The selection of products available is extensive, not limited to clothing alone, so everyone should find something they truly love. We will have to see how many orders we can accept as I have never done anything like this before!

And last but not least, we will have bonnets available! Someone was concerned about missing out on our Puddle Ducks collection because they thought we had a limited stock. But with these exclusive prints and special collections, I design them myself so there is no limit to how many we can produce! I know that for a long time our products have been limited edition, one of a kind or truly custom. However, as we embark on this new chapter of our artwork and products, I am thrilled that everyone, not just those with fast fingers, can get something they love.

That's it for now. I need to prepare breakfast for little Lily. I'm excited to share with you all the work I've been doing. Don't forget to leave your suggestions in the comments or shoot me an email. I love hearing from you all, and I wouldn't be here without your support.

Love, bonnets, and DUCKS! March 19th, the first day of spring, can't come soon enough! Well, actually on second thought, it can take its time because I have a lot to finish!

I fell in love with watercolors when my son Elliot was born. That was over 10 years ago & since then I have picked up a paintbrush numerous times which has now morphed into an Apple Pencil. Along with SAA I am a surface designer for other brands as well as our own line of merchandise. This blog is a place for me to share every stroke of my "brush" & let you know what's up & coming
